MOE has reviewed the funding framework for Post-Graduate programmes to be implemented from AY2008. Based on the revised framework, International Students (IS) will have the option to either pay 1.5 times or 2.5 times of the fees payable by Singapore Citizen. Those who opt to pay 1.5 times of Singapore Citizen fees for PGC programmes under Category 3 or for PGR programmes will have to serve a 3-year service obligation upon graduation.
