PAT 2010 Nomination

The President’s Award for Teachers (PAT), gives national recognition to the critical role teachers play in moulding the future of our nation. These excellent teachers prepare their students for life. They are models of commitment to continual learning and enterprise. They are those who, through word and deed, inspire both their students and peers. The award will be presented by the President of the Republic of Singapore on Teachers’ Day. At least one primary school teacher and one secondary school/junior college/centralised institute teacher will receive the award. .

 5th Teachers' Conference 2010 - Call for Papers
The 5th Teachers' Conference is a biennial event in the education service that is not to be missed! Distinguished international and local experts will be addressing the theme of “Deepening Professional Practice: teachers as learners, teachers as leaders” and the diversity of learning at the upcoming Teachers’ Conference 2010. Expect a myriad of activities and dialogues aimed to connect the different perspectives of making learning much more vibrant and engaging. Be part of this exciting conference! 

We would like to invite teachers from schools to share your good pedagogical practices at the Concurrent Sessions where you may share on areas related to Teaching & Learning based on the conference strands

Register as a Presenter and submit your abstract using the registration form.  Abstract is due from from 5 October 2009 till 15 January 2010.
